HOT DOG DAY ORDER FORM 2022-2023

If you would like to:

• get involved in the school community
• help shape the direction of the school
• share your gifts – skills, knowledge, abilities and time

We are seeking individuals to serve on the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities of individual board director:

• Be committed to the vision, mission and goals of the school.
  Attend all board and committee meetings and functions.
• Serve on committees and special assignments.
• Review agenda and supporting materials prior to board and committee
  meetings.
• Follow conflict of interest and confidentiality policies.

You can nominate yourself. Nomination Forms are available from the school office or on the School website and accepted until June 30, 2022.

Pick up of materials/ drop off assignments/ pick up of chromebooks (must request prior to pick up). LENNOX AVE. ENTRANCE ONLY

Jan 7 – Friday 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm  including Chromebooks requested.

Jan 10- Monday 8:00 am to 10:00 am

January 14 – Friday 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Jan 17 – 8:00 am to 10:00 am if we continue remotely  and to return chromebooks

**Teachers will send parents an email if there are items to be picked up**

If anyone needs a chromebook please send your request with name and grade to lcarreiro@ctkschool.ca ASAP.

Only 30 Chromebooks available as we need the others at school, deposit of $100 is required  in cheque or cash, thanks
